Today we had Jeff Neal at our dojang. He is just great, and his teachings are
just phenomenal !!! Even with my spranged ankle, I did not not miss this ! We
also had fun learning new techniques and other aspects of (MMA) . It will be
an honor to have him again, so hats off to you Jeff !!
