The Magnificent Show

Performing at the Magnificent Show (Breast Cancer Awareness) with the Cisco show case,
at the Oaklawn Hilton, was very emotional for me. My performance was not the best, because i still felt some discomfort on my ankle. However, I felt honored to be with these wonderful people, who
survived this illness. My heart really went out to them. As usual, the Cisco Family are just great caring people. I'm so happy to be part of their ShowCase, they are like family to me.

Jeff Neal (Carlson Gracie Team)

Today we had Jeff Neal at our dojang. He is just great, and his teachings are
just phenomenal !!! Even with my spranged ankle, I did not not miss this ! We
also had fun learning new techniques and other aspects of (MMA) . It will be
an honor to have him again, so hats off to you Jeff !!

Hello Everyone!

I've been busy as usual. Although I'm working on my 3rd dan still,

I also took Hapkido and MMA, (Mix Martial Arts) which was alot of

fun. We will be having Jeff Neal at our Dojang soon, he is the expert in MMA.

That should be interesting!! So i hope everyone is enjoying their summer!

OLYMPICS IN CHICAGO 2016

There were talks again yesterday, about hosting the 2016 Olympics in Chicago.
How awesome that would be? Chicago is a clean, beautiful city. The people here
are friendly, and great. We have every race, every kind of food, you can think of.
There is always something to do here. My heart is still set on 2012 Olympics, it's
been my dream and goal to be like 3-time Olympian, Steven Lopez (who is also my
friend) I have been following his foot steps for a long time. I would be happier, to
compete in my hometown. After all, I have been training in Taekwondo for all these
years, for this time to come.

Nationals this Summer

I will not see my friends at AAU or USAT this summer, I will be preparing for
my 3rd dan, which is long over due. Also, i will be working on my Portfolio.

WAS QUITE AN EXPERIENCE! SINCE I HAVE BEEN DOING TAEKWONDO FOR THE
LAST 9 YEARS. I WAS EXCITED TO RECEIVE MY 4TH OLYMPIC CHAMPIONSHIP
IN PIANO, THINGS CAN'T GET ANY BETTER THAN THIS!!!
